Neutra Office Building
historic place
The Neutra Office Building stands in Los Angeles, California. This historic place was designed and built in 1950 by the Modernist architect Richard Neutra. Located in Los Angeles County, the building served as Neutra's architectural studio and office from its completion until his death in 1970. It is recognized for its International Style architecture and is considered a prime example of 1950s commercial design. Many of Neutra's notable projects were conceived within these walls. The Neutra Office Building was designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 2000 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004. This site is significant for its association with a master architect and for retaining its original design integrity.
