  Quarters Number 1, also known as Pershing House, is a historic place within the Fort Bliss Main Post Historic District in El Paso, Texas. It was built in 1910. This Classical Revival style building served as the residence for the Fort Bliss post commander. General Edgar Zell Steever II was an early
